Ronco dei Tassi
Clic was created by young winemaker Enrico Coser, son of Fabio Coser of the family-owned winery Ronco dei Tassi, with the aim of introducing a new generation of wine drinkers to the pleasures of the grapes and wines of Friuli. Ronco dei Tassi, founded in 1989 by Fabio Coser and his wife Daniela, is located in the heart of the Collio Goriziano in Cormons, Italy, where its estate spans approximately 9 hectares—4 of which are planted to vineyards—situated at 140–200 meters above sea level along the border of the Plessiva natural park, an area rich in flora and fauna.
The Clic name, taken from the Friulian dialect, refers to a “small glass of wine to be shared with friends,” reflecting the informal, approachable spirit of the range. These wines are crafted for great drinkability and value, bottled with screw-cap closures and presented in a modern style. Fruit for the Clic line is sourced from estate vineyards as well as neighboring growers across the Collio and Isonzo areas, part of the broader Collio wine-growing zone known for its rolling hills in Italy’s far northeastern corner near the Slovenian border.
Ronco dei Tassi itself is dedicated to producing high-quality wines that express the character of the Collio terroir, working with careful attention from vineyard to bottle. The estate produces two main lines: the “Linea Classica,” focused on traditional regional varietals, and the “Collezione di Famiglia,” featuring special cuvées and single-vineyard selections. The winery has earned notable recognition for its wines, including award-winning releases such as Fosarin Collio Bianco 2023, reflecting its ongoing commitment to quality and environmental respect.
